BASIS OF USING AUTO-BLOCK
GAS SPRING
These gas springs can be offered in two basic versions
like spring blocking and rigid blocking.
In the spring blocking version, oil and gas chambers
are same and they can be used where only stepless locking
provisions are required but no specific requirement
for rigidity under the block condition, hence they cannot
be used for the application which are prone to sudden
jerks/impacts. Special precautions are required while
mounting.

In the rigid block version, gas
and oil chambers are separated whereby incompressibility exerted
by oil compartment make it rigid under block condition and hence
the gas spring has got more applications. They have no limitation
as far as the direction of mounting is concerned.

Easy operation:
Actuating the release pin open the valve for infinite
spring adjustment. Deactuating it closes the valve to
