Pravi is a leading gas spring solutions provider to varied industries. Since 1988, our deep expertise and value-driven engineering have earned us the trust of clients who repeatedly turn to us for reliable motion control components.
Our journey began in 1986. We officially started operations in Satara under the leadership of Chairman & Managing Director Shri Ravindra K. Deodhar in 1988 and shifted our base to Pune in 2005. Since then, we have continued designing end-to-end gas spring solutions tailored to applications, including automotive, furniture, healthcare, residential, industrial, agricultural, and earthmoving equipment.
As an ISO 9001-certified manufacturer of gas springs, we go above and beyond to ensure our Quality Management System aligns with best practices and transparent processes. These allow us to pursue excellence and continual improvements in all areas, which in turn enable us to serve our clients better.
Our team, comprising 35 domain experts, makes up the heart of our operations. With industry veterans at the wheel, we evolve every day, thriving on collaboration and curiosity. At Pravi, we are staunchly committed to environmental sustainability. We meet our goals through rooftop rainwater harvesting and our 50-kW solar plant, which covers 60% of our electricity needs. Moreover, to reduce our carbon footprint, we have provided nearly half of our employees with electric scooters, which they charge in our on-site solar charging facilities.

Infrastructure

Our state-of-the-art facility features advanced vertical storage systems for efficient component management. We use ultrasonic cleaning technology to ensure all tubes meet top cleanliness and performance standards.

Designed for precision and reliability, our gas spring assembly setup includes end-of-line force checking to ensure 100% compliance with strict quality standards. Offline testing encompasses thorough endurance life cycle tests to guarantee durability and longevity.

We perform rigorous corrosion testing at both the assembly and component levels to confirm resistance to harsh conditions. Climate testing capabilities span extreme temperatures from 100°C down to -40°C, ensuring our gas springs perform reliably in any environment.
